Hadis rivayeti açısından önemli bir yeri olan Hz. Meymûne, toplam 76 hadis nakletmiştir. Bu hadislerden 7 tanesi sadece Sahihayn’de, bir tanesi sadece Buhârî’de, 5 tanesi de sadece Müslim’de nakledilmiştir. Rivayet ettiği diğer hadisler ise, Sahihayn dışındaki diğer hadis kaynaklarında yer almıştır. Hz. Meymûne’den nakledilen hadislerin senedinde, herhangi bir muğlaklık ve inkita’ söz konusu değildir. Bu senetlerde yer alan raviler, adalet ve zabt kriterleri açısından sağlam kabul edilmiştir. Hz. Meymûne’den rivayet edilen hadisler, daha çok aile mahremiyeti ile hükümler içermektedir. Ondan nakledilen hadislerin metni, Kur’ân-ı Kerim ve sahih sünnetle örtüşmektedir. Çünkü o, Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.) ile beraber yaşamış, uygulamalarına şahitlik yapmış, sözlerini bizatihi duymuştur.
